What ages can attend the Wraparound Club?

Our club is open to children aged 4–11 years who attend the host school.

What time does the club run?

Breakfast Club: Before school (typically from 7:30am or 8:00am until the start of the school day).

After School Club: From the end of the school day until approximately 5:30pm–6:00pm depending on the school.

What activities will my child take part in?

Children take part in a variety of fun multi-activities, including:

 • Arts and crafts
 • Team games
 • Board games
 • Outdoor activities
 • Group challenges
Our aim is to provide a relaxed and enjoyable environment where children can socialise and have fun.

Are snacks or food provided?

Yes.
Breakfast Club: A healthy breakfast is provided.
After School Club: A light snack and drinks are provided.

We always encourage healthy eating and cater for dietary requirements where possible.

How do I book a place?

Parents can book a regular long-term place using our booking form, and flexible ad hoc sessions are available to book each week on our website. Ad hoc spaces are limited and can only be booked a few days in advance.

What if I am running late for collection?

If you are running late, please contact the club as soon as possible using the club phone number so staff can be informed. Late collection charges may apply if collection is significantly delayed.

How will I know my child is safe?

All staff are DBS checked, trained in safeguarding and first aid, and follow strict school safeguarding policies to ensure children are safe at all times.

Can my child attend on certain days only?

Yes. Parents can usually book specific days that suit their schedule, subject to availability.

What happens if my child has additional needs?

We aim to provide an inclusive environment and will work closely with parents and the school to support children with additional needs wherever possible.
